As explained before, personal recommendations work much better than banners.
For that reason, you should use banners and text links only as an addition to personal recommendations on your website.
To get banners that you can use on your website, login to your affiliate account and click on the "Link Code" panel at the top. Then select an ad group in the pop-up menu and click the "View ads" button:
