How to create tracking links on the fly

You don't have to use AxROI to create your tracking links. You can also make them up yourself. When you enter these tracking links in your web browser, AxROI will automatically create an entry for them:

Suppose you want to track your 0.22 bid on Overture for red shoes, you can use this URL:

http://www.your-domain.com?k=red%20shoes&se=Overture&p=0.22

Just enter the keyword after the k= variable, the name of the pay per click search engine after the se= variable and the bid price after the p= variable.

• k=keyword
• se=pay per click search engine
• p=price

Creating tracking links for fixed price ads on the fly

Suppose you want to track the blue banner that you use on NYTimes.com to advertise your site. NYTimes.com wants $4250 for that banner:

http://www.your-domain.com?ad=blue-banner&s=NYTimes.com&fp=4250.00

Enter the name of the banner after the ad= variable, the name of the site on which the ad is shown after the s= variable and the price of the banner after the fp= variable.

• ad=ad name
• s=site on which the ad is displayed
• fp=fixed price for the ad
