What is my login?

To use the support center, you must register your email address first. Purchasing IBP does NOT register your email address.

How do I register?

To register your email address, just use the contact form at the bottom of this web page (see "5. Send us an email message"). Your email address will be automatically registered then.

Why should I login?

If you log in to your support account, you can read all past email messages and replies - regardless of spam filters.

 I have lost my unlock code, serial number, key code. Please resend it.
Solution If you have lost your unlock code (serial number, keycode, key code), just enter the email address that you used when you ordered in the "Forgot your unlock code?" form on our support index page. If you have the IBP demo version, you can order an unlock code here.

Note that the email servers of GoDaddy delete all email messages that have something to do with SEO. If your website is hosted by GoDaddy, contact us with an alternate email address that is not hosted by GoDaddy.
