How to use keyword suggestion tools to find new keywords

IBP also allows you to use the keyword suggestion tools of popular pay per click search engines.

Click the Use Keyword Suggestion Tools link in IBP's main window or click the big Use Keyword Suggestion Tools button in the Keyword Generator & Keyword list manager in IBP.

Step 1: Select a search engine

Choose a keyword suggestion tool in the popup menu at the top of the window.

Step 2: Enter a keyword to get suggestions for your web site.

If you find keywords that might be useful for your web site, select them with the mouse. You can select the keywords just like any text you select in a word processor. Then click the Extract Selected Keywords button to copy the selected keywords to your keyword list.

IBP will add the selected keywords to the list at the right side of the window. The buttons above the "Your keyword list" list allow you to add, edit and delete keywords.

IBP does not include the number of searches from the keyword suggestion tools. IBP will use the Wordtracker numbers for the keywords.

The reason for that is that Wordtracker numbers tend to be a bit more reliable. The total number of searches can be lower on Wordtracker but the relation between the search volume numbers is correct.

When you've found the right keywords for your web site, click the Add Keywords button to save your keywords.
