How to fix the large fonts problem
|
Under certain rare circumstances, the windows in our software programs aren't displayed properly when you're using large fonts.
The best way to display our software programs on your system is to have small fonts. How to get there is outlined below:
1. Find a spot on the desktop and right-click!
The first step in changing your resolution is to find and empty spot on the Windows desktop, right-click the mouse and select "Properties".

2. Select the 'Settings' Tab
Once you have selected "Properties", you will see the "Display Properties" dialog box. Select the "Settings" Tab.

Our software is designed to optimally display with what is referred to as "Normal Fonts" or "Small Fonts". Clicking on the Advanced button from the settings tab will bring up an additional dialog box. The Advanced dialog box can look very different depending on Which version of Windows you are running and which video card drivers you are running:

Click on the "General" tab, look at the top portion for "Display". Here you should see a setting for the default font size displayed in Windows. You want to set this to "Normal", sometimes listed as "Small" or 96 DPI.
That's it. |
